VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ

Fuzznoggin'Creations  is an independently owned and operated build service.  If you are interested in a price quote, I am willing to discuss prices on your build via the Customer Service number only. Why is this?  Every model has it's differences in the amount of detail, man hours, and personal attention spent in creating the best possible model for you.  We offer a 99% seamless model done as accurate as possible.  I cannot knock these out in just a week or two. Some take a few months to complete, some could be a year.  Please, do not compare my price quotes to that of what you see, at times, on eBay.  Doing so is like comparing apples to eggplants.  Many so called "Pro-Built" models are chock full of seams, light leaks, lack aftermarket parts for accurization, lack well prepared illumination, sound, etc;  and you will only be set up for bitter disappointment with a "sub-par model" at a bargain basement price.   I have references available from my previous customers  (upon request) to vouch for the quality of my builds.  Building and illuminating models is an art.  There are personal touches to these kits.  Each one is different and is unique in it's own way.  As a customer, you are part of the initial process when requesting special enhancements, etc.  So, if you are a serious collector looking for a sharp, accurate, and well built kit...then look no further.

 Important Stuff You Need To Know

Disclaimer - As with any quality replica built by FuzznogginCreations, these are not toys nor are they to be used in lieu of night lights, lamps, etc.  To preserve the longevity of the model's  illumination and circuitry,  it is strongly suggested that the illumination time frame be limited to no more than 30 minutes on.  Although LEDs produce a negligible amount of heat, resistors are used to downgrade the amount of current supplied to the LED.  Therefore there is minimal heat produced by the resistors in the voltage reduction process.  Extended periods of illumination may have an adverse effect upon the styrene and FuzznogginCreations will not be responsible for any such neglect.  Models that are shipped go through a "burn - in" period where the lighting is left on at my discretion to assure all facets of illumination work properly.  

Policy

The basics of  Fuzznoggin' Creations  Policy is shown below and Fuzznoggin' Creations  reserves the right to any changes - at any time:

*  By entering into a work order agreement with Fuzznoggin' Creations, and by sending a down payment and/or kit, the customer confirms that they understand how the service works, and that this policy has be read,  is hereby regarded as a contract between  Fuzznoggin' Creations and the customer, and that the customer will abide by the rules set forth in the line items below.
 

* All prices are in U.S. Currency.

*  All prices cover the cost of special order after-market parts and accurate decals.

*  A 50% deposit is required, unless an alternative amount is mutually agreed upon.

* Additional desired enhancements to dress up your work of art can be done to your specifications.

* Prices vary from kit to kit.  Much of this is due to the amount of detail and lighting that you desire.

*Once an order is submitted, a confirmation email, with Purchase Order, will confirm and lock in your quoted price in the event of a price increase.

*  Fuzznoggin' Creations  reserves the right to cancel any build at any time. 

* Payment due in full within 14 days from the date of final completion.  The customer will received a dated email specifying that the build/project is completed.  Payment not received within 14 days from date of completion constitutes a Breach of Agreement, resulting in the build being listed for re-sale and loss of any applicable down payment(s), and if applicable, loss of customer supplied kit(s).  Legal fees in obtainig deliquent payments will be sought.

*  Builds set up for customer pickup must be done so within 14 days of completion date of the project.   Unless satisfactory agreed upon arrangements are made for an extension past the 14 days, the customer will be in Breach of Agreement, resulting in the build being listed for re-sale along with loss of  any applicable down payment(s), and if applicable, loss of customer supplied kit(s).  Items left in excess of 30 days will be charged a storage fee of $5.00 per day.  

*  Shipments are done from the shop within 72 hours from receipt of final payment.  With large items requiring professional packing services, the customer will notify Fuzznoggin' Creations within 14 days of the anticipated date of the professional packing service arrival.

*  Accepted methods of payment are: Cash or Cashiers Check.  Personal Checks are not accepted for final payment.

PayPal is not accepted.

* All sales are Final - No Exceptions - No Returns

* Sorry, the only International Shipments are to Canada at this time.

All Shipments Are Done Via UPS Next Day Air if over 150 miles from Dulles, VA.  Shipments less than 150 from Dulles, VA will be sent via UPS ground or may be picked up from my shop.

Payment Terms Made Simple

Payment is due in full prior to shipment and within 14 days from the date of completion.  Payment may be made either via Cash or Cashiers Check.  No personal checks are accepted for final payment.  Shipping cost and packing is additional since  packing and shipping  is done at the UPS store.  This is for insurance purposes since they pack it; then they are responsible.  You have your choice of Air or Ground delivery.    I cannot and will not absorb shipping costs, nor split shipping costs due the amount of man hours put into creating your masterpiece.  Shipping costs can be relatively high since the models usually meet dimensional weight requirements versus actual weight.   The rule of thumb is 15% to 20% of the total build cost is usually what your shipping costs will be.

I ship strictly by UPS Next Day Air if over 150 miles from Dulles VA.  I will not risk damages in shipping by sending a quality build long distances over a period of days.  Shipments under 150 miles from Dulles, VA are done via UPS Ground or may be picked up from my shop directly.  I can personally deliver within 100 miles from Dulles, VA.  

The U.S. Postal Service IS NOT a viable shipping option, nor is DHL.  

Time Frame For Builds:  I try to spend as much time in a day as possible to assemble your kit as quickly and professionally as possible.  But do to family obligations, especially with my children, and current employment; I cannot knock kits out within 2 or 3 weeks.  I do, however,  take my time to assure that you are receiving the best possible product I can provide and I'm certain you can understand that.  Some kits can take a minimum of 3 months, others much longer.  Customers already have been patient and extremely happy with the end product.  I will be more than happy to provide you with references.
